Passported, micro-chipped, and up to date with farrier, jabs, worming, chiro, physio and saddle checks.

Please no timewasters as this is a very sad sale, due to rider giving up, so naturally all Charlie`s rugs, boots and tack collection will be going with him. All rugs are weatherbeeta, some are Mark Todd, his saddle is a Zara event saddle with a pair of acavallo stirrups, acavallo gel seat cover and a pro-lite girth. Along with 3 bridles and bits including a John Whitaker. All his boots are generally woof wear/ Lemieux along with 2 pairs of woof wear bioceramic stable boots.

Charlie is an absolute star in every way, always comes to call, perfect to groom, load, lead, shoe and bath. We haven’t tried clipping as he’s never needed it. We do also know his full racing history.

Unfortunately, Charlie does have sarcoids, these do not affect him in any way and are currently being treated with Sarc X and having great results. (Multiple have come off and others are shrinking). One is on his chest, 2 underneath his belly, 1 on the side of his wither and some under his groin/stifle area. Again none of these affect him and i do have lots of pictures of the ones we have been treating.

Charlie does have swollen legs when stabled for long periods of time. The bioceramic boots do stop this so we will be selling these with him. He has backs and fronts of these.

Charlie is impeccable on the ground and has been ridden and handled by a capable 11 yr old. However he is not suitable for a lead-rein or a plod as he likes being in active work.

Charlie has some good basic schooling, starting shoulder-in, leg yield and has started to ride and compete in dressage at intro level although is ready to move up. He enjoys schooling and could easily become a potential dressage horse with some more work.

Charlie adores jumping, although he does need more work in this area, he has a big, scopey jump and has seen fillers and different coloured poles, He has also been SJ and seemed to take everything in his stride. Again he could very easily turn his hoof to SJ or make a good event horse.

Charlie is perfect to hack in all weathers, alone and in company. He’s been to the beach and is probably the best horse I’ve ridden in open spaces. He isn’t spooky, he will go through water and enjoyed going in the sea. He is perfect with all traffic. He loves hacking and will go for miles.

Of course, due to giving up any other tack etc… can be available separately. After 10 yrs of horses I’ve gathered quite a collection. So please just ask.
